FACE CONTROL DECK

This work is deeply influenced by the documentary The Social Dilemma, visualizing the underlying logic of manipulation, inducement, and surveillance. Neural networks, inspired by the human brain, consist of multiple layers of neurons or nodes. Social media uses this model to collect and analyze user data. I aim to tell the story of a digital character who controls a Truman Show-like virtual loop. By simulating how neural networks work, this explores the impact of social media on human behavior and psychology. The character is placed in a virtually constructed space, attempting to explore ways to escape a monitored digital reality while confronting an unpredictable future.
